A blanket of sparkles, my perfect soul
cloud and light and shimmering flawless
above. My spirit companion, my sister,
or wife, is my Eve, my lover of light.
My perfect soul reveals all I see,
all that I am and what forever shall be.
Although at first, I’d hoped to touch her
for years each night with wont to hold her
this is not the true path, not the real life.
God’s ways are different from mine.
My perfect soul is my freshet of life, all
joy and dream and faithful merriment. And
sometimes my blanket of sparkles enraptures,
in sheer living light my companion clothes me.
Then my sister, or wife, my true love returns.
Suffuse with white I may do no wrong
for my soul is the daughter of God.
Do you know that the Holy Spirit is a feminine being? She is God’s spirit, Father’s wife, and my perfect Mother. It’s good to know that heaven is not populated entirely by masculine energies. Be that as it may, long ago in ancient Rome the pronouns used in Hebrew and Greek texts to describe God—and other heavenly beings—abruptly changed. When the Church translated the Greek text to Latin, Mother turned into a “man.” Most of the angels did, too. Since then, for more than 1,600 years western Christians have honored two male Parents. The irony? This strange idea began in Holy Rome.
“This fundamental point, traditionally obscured in scriptural translation and largely ignored by commentators, clearly has the most far-reaching theological implications.” T.P. Brown: The Maternal Spirit
To find the life God intended for you, find your soul. Your soul is none other than that “perfect someone” you’ve been longing for all of your life. When you make a conscious effort to create a loving bond with your inner spirit, a sacred space forms. You’re less concerned with conflict and daily drama. You feel much more peaceful and life seems to flow more smoothly. Better still, when you find your soul you’ll receive unlimited spiritual help, love, and healing directly from God.
You have just been called. You chose to read this article, which means that your loving soul is asking you to say “hello.” In this moment, your perfect companion eagerly invites you to unite with him or her—and accept the blissful life the two of you were destined to live.
So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Our soul journey to Mother began one May afternoon when I asked my soul if we could travel. Can you take us somewhere? My eyes were closed to the daylight filling the room, but to me it seemed oddly dark. Black, in fact. Then blacker, and blacker still. I wasn’t scared, just excited. I’d witnessed this strange phenomenon a few times to date. Each time had brought with it the awesome presence and wisdom of the Holy Spirit.
While lounging there in my room with Abigalé (she’s my soul), I felt a gentle lurch. It seemed as though we were moving.
