I’ve acquired many tips for kingdom seekers during the course of six years on the narrow road. Since August of 2011, I’ve been graced to experience a great deal of God’s love, wisdom, and glory. At the same time, my journey has brought me a lion’s share of unease, distress, and dismay. Don’t be put off. It’s all good in the end. Here I share some hard-earned truths and tips as I seek the keys to the kingdom of God.
Tips for Kingdom Seekers #1
Don’t trust what your church, me, or anyone else except Christ says about the kingdom of God.
If those who lead you say to you: Behold, the Sovereignty is in the sky!, then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you: It is in the sea!, then the fish of the sea will precede you … But the Sovereignty of God is within you and it is without you.

The Light visited my room last night after a three-day absence. The brief sabbatical was a bit curious, but not worrisome. Since I began working devoutly with the principles of Thomas 11, visible clouds of Light manifest almost daily. Last night, after a minute of high-spirited swirling and face-teasing (normal Light behavior) a huge, intimidating Black Thing appeared among the frolicsome clouds of Light.
Our surprise guest was nearly circular, perhaps five feet in diameter. But, my surprise became something more than that when I realized the right half of the Black Thing bore the sardonic profile of a (mostly) human face. ‘Blackie’ sported a chin, mouth, nose and brow.
Beginning at the crown of my head, a bone-chilling shiver penetrated every part of my being as it snowballed downward.

My rather unsettling journey into chaos raises an important truth. Those seeking spiritual wisdom need only ask God for help. When I did so, I also asked Father to show me the kingdom of God. I’m fairly sure that I didn’t say “kingdoms,” but that’s what I got. There exists an infinite number of kingdoms. Some are ruled by living beings, some by God, and at least one realm doesn’t seem to have a ruler.
That would be chaos. Imagine yourself cast adrift in a realm where thought does not exist. Whose name will you call on when you can’t remember your own?

My journey to Mother began one spring afternoon when I asked my soul if we could travel. Could she could take me somewhere? As I lay on the bed, eyes shut, daylight filled the room. Behind my eyelids it was unusually dark. Black. And it kept getting blacker. I wasn’t scared, but excited. I had witnessed this phenomenon several times prior to this particular afternoon, eyes open or shut, while in the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Then I felt a subtle, sudden lurch. We were moving.

I held up the stubborn pen and squinted at it. “I know you’re God’s pen, because everything belongs to him.” Late this December evening, neither myself nor my faithful pen knew what to write. Trouble was, my memory of that day held missing time. While staring at the virgin white page, I decided to write what I could remember and trust the rest to God’s pen.
As I began to write in my notebook, I had no idea that this would become the most important night of my life.
